does its job holding charcoal in place. fits 18" weber,

this product fit inside my weber kettle grill.
i assumed it had a water trough it does not.
the product is made of pieces of very thin stainless material held together by tabs.
to be fair this product was compared to a different brand for a larger weber kettle grill,
and i merely assumed this was but a smaller rendition of the larger unit. it is not. i did use this once i found it is best to fill it to find the capacity of charcoal first. then only light no more than half of it in a chimney putting lit coals on one side and unlit coals on the other side. otherwise you will have one seriously hot cooking experience.Read full review
