The picture doesn't do it justice. The rock has a realistic look and feel. The bottom opens easily yet seals tightly when the plastic holder is reinserted into the rock. I have two keys in mine and could probably get another one if necessary. Looks so realistic in a mulched flower bed no one would ever guess what it really is. Plan on getting another one for the storage shed in the back yard. If I'm working in the yard I hate going back in the house to get the key for the shed.
