This may be an original new item. However it is an inferior product from the manufacturer. This is the 3rd one I've had to replace due to a poor design resulting in a weakness with one of the hinge fittings. I'm on the point of changing the fridge as I'm fed up with breakages of the handle resulting in the freezer compartment defrosting.Read full review

Virtually impossible to fit and it broke while trying. It may have helped if it had been supplied with some instructions but unlikely they would have made any difference, just seems to be a really poor design.Read full review
