The reason why I bought this DVD is because I have always wanted this film.
I think that the best time to watch this film is on a winters night when the snow is on the ground, and when you are sitting in your favourite chair with a hot cup of tea. Good times. I do not hate anything about this film, it is just brilliant and the acting is just first class. This film is one of the best films that I have ever bought. There are some great features on these dvd. This film made me laugh so much and it put me in a good mood. "This film has taught me it is better to give than receive".
I just love Groundhog Day, it is just so great. If I could give this film 10 stars I would.

Its Groundhog Day - A Day on Repeat Forever (almost)

The first 20mins is dull and follows weather reporter and all round downer with next to no redeeming qualities Phil Connors (bill murray), has to cover the yearly groundhog day celebrations during a snowstorm that prevents him leaving. The snag is he has to repeat the same day over and over again, 24hrs to the sec of him waking the previous day. So of course the best use of time-limited near immortality is to trying hopelessly to gain the attentions of Reta (Andie MacDowell), the only girl who constantly slaps him in the face.

The time loop is broken only by the perfect day, crafted to perfection by a now well rounded 'phil' - but i still think he paid to much for NED RRRrrryerson's insurance - who is now a popular meme on facebook, stealing the limelight as every lawyer everywhere.Read full review...
