Alright for wood that provides little resistance but bends too easily.

Mostly ok, but soft metal so they flex a lot and the smallest one seized and got twisted up when drilling into hardwood.

I purchased the drills to drill a small 5mm/6mm hole through a door shoulder to insert a Ethernet cable. I needed the full length of the drill shaft to achieve success. Drill bit works fine, just take your time drilling the hole and do not apply excessive force. I only drilled one hole plus two practise holes on surplus wood.
