This item is too small to have much of an effect within a window or cupboard environment. The idea is good but it is too expensive to purchase and constantly have to re-charge. The moisture absorbers appear to be working fine, it is early days, the small area of dampness has remained free of any indication of dampness or black deposit, I do not make recommendations that is why I ticked no on recommendations price wise I was happy until I found Coopers was selling the same item at £19.99 a full £10 cheaper.Read full review...

Small silica gel-based dehumidifier. Effective
Pretty straightforward, looks like silica gel in an enclosure with a heater. Works well, and you get two on a box so you can keep one drying while the other is "recharging".
