Wilting Rose

Perhaps my review title is a little harsh; somehow Rosenrot just doesn't do it for me like their other releases do. It's a good album, but it's not a great album and it feels like the guys have lost their direction and drive through trying to achieve an elusive melodic refined rock ballad type of sound that just aint them! They're heavy, that's what they do best. Yeh sure, this is heavy in places, Benzin is the track that still features prominently in live concerts, and rightly so, Mann Gegen Mann comes a good second place. After that, well, take your pick of good but not great tracks. I wouldn't be without a copy of this, it's Rammstein, it has to be good by definition, but for me it doesn't cut it quite like the other albums do; well hey, that happens with the best rock bands. You may not of course agree with me, so buy a copy and find out, I still think over all you'll be glad you did!Read full review...

Great album..not the best

Good album, but not nearly as good as other Rammsten albums such as mutter, or Reise Reise. Songs to lok out for on the album would be : Benzin, Zestoren, Mann gegan mann, Rosenrot, and Te quiro puta
