The surprise in my garden
The hogs go. Ad for it 5 trying to get at the bowl at the same time also neighbors felines had to be disciplined not to go eating them particularly our black furry hog with a long tail you would think we didnt feed her I have had to make a cat stopping feeding station that the hogs can get into to access the spike feed great item noticed bone shaped bicuits in the mix they go as well as with thing else in mornings only crumbs left lots of snorting and grunnting noises hearded when hogs present did not realise how many visitors to our garden we had I knew of at least 2 but 5 makes me very happy to know we have a healthy garden and neighborhood for wildlife thanksRead full review...

My Hedgehogs Love This!
Because of the mild weather last year I had to help my family of Hedgehogs get through the lean Winter months. I bought Spikes Dry Crunchy Food and mixed it with mealy worms, which helped my Hogs build up their strength and protein in readiness for a quick hibernation from January to Spring. This year the family have increased from 2 to 5 and through autumn I fed them my super mix (as above) every 2 days until mid November when they went into hibernation. They absolutely love Spikes and can be heard in the neighbours garden noisily crunching their biscuits. In the long stretch of dry weather, our lawn was turning brown, and we were seeing hedgehogs wandering about in the daytime, meaning they were either hungry, thirsty or ill. Since leaving out Spike dry dinner and a bowl of fresh water every night before dusk, the Spike has been disappearing and there have been no further sightings of hedgehogs.
