Overall OK.
padded at the front pocket (very unusual for a backpack) for a 13" maybe up to 15" (tight) but for this reason the weight goes at the front. I think it was intended for tablets. The main compartment is just one thing with a small net for little items. The straps feel quite soft but not firm so not sure about long term. Another tiny pocket outside close to the handle for small items keys, earphones etc. Zips are accessible for thiefs to open but what can you do.
