Plastic Pedals
I hate the metal Aluminium pedals - How many times have you skinned yourselves in the shin as you walked with bike, or rotated the pedals and messed it up - You either know your shin is clobbered and cut or your lucky !
I always change the metal pedals for these ones as soon as I can on any bike - I can move my feet without them getting stuck by the mini Pegs, If I miss a gear and loose my footing they hit my leg rather than cut into my shins - Yes I change them for any bike !
Do they break - Yes they will eventually if you lean the bike against solid walls or things - But I prefer to keep my legs and shins in one piece and NOT Draw Blood !

Unlike some cheap pedals, to my surprise these are fitted with ball bearings and can be rebuilt if and when needed. Only time will tell how long they last, it should be a fair amount of time if kept lubricated, but for the price they’re a bargain.Read full review...
