Only option for F-body Fourth Gen owners

Thank goodness for Dorman, or there would many Firebirds and Camaros doomed to run without functioning wiper arms. GM stopped selling the oem linkage that connects the two wiper arms to the motor. This Dorman version is functional, but may require removal of the hood to install, as the hood hinge bracket blocks access to the larger wiper motor hole under the cowl. You will need to feed these rods through that hole, then use a c-clamp to press them onto the ball-socket mount on the motor. I also discovered they didn't clear the factory cowl sheet-metal when I turned them on to test, so slight trimming of the car's metal lip may be required. Overall, a satisfactory replacement part!
