Looks better than it sounds

This is a great mic for effect, but falls short on sound quality. Solid metal body is impressively heavy and it certainly looks the part, but the downside to the low price is a low quality capsule inside.

One other drawback with the design is that the screw mount is too close to the XLR socket on the base and it will only mount on certain stands.
