Take one of these every morning at breakfast (I have yoghurt and fruit or protein shake). Never feel hungry but I do have small lunch and small supper and enjoy! I'm not snacking or eating like I was. Losing weight, feeling great. Nb I do drink 2litres of water a day too which really helps, so not get dehydrated and fills me up. I make sure I drink glass when waking up and going to bed, without fail, then drink throughout the day.
