Security bolt.
A good strong bolt, duplicate keys, long throw bar that takes three or more turns depending on how deep the keep is made. However, you don't get a template to enable you to locate the barrel/cylinder. Careful measuring might we'll be required, as in my case. Made in Europe, Spain.

Good lock but cumbersome to use.
This Lince lock is good lock and works well but you have to turn the key FOUR FULL TURNS to lock it or unlock it. Gatemate manage this with just ONE full turn for a similar bolt movement. I only bought this lock because it replaced an old rim-lock and there was an existing hole for the barrel which was too close to the edge of the door for a Gatemate lock.Read full review...

Heavily rusted
Within a few months of fitting to an external gate and despite lubrication much of the lock had rusted and the dead locking switch completely seized.
The rest of the mechanism works and the lock is heavy duty as described, but it’s very disappointing that the zinc plating failed so quickly.Read full review...
