The Power of three - I love this DVD! It gives you two ways of doing each exercise, an easy and harder way so you can build your stamina over time. As the DVD is in 5 separate parts you can also choose which parts of your body you want to work on, as long as you do the warm up and cool down!
I have only had a look at the 30 minute workout DVD. This looks harder and more aerobic. Some of the exercise look as if they need a lot of practise, but this is something to work towards!!!

Already had her latest fitness dvd and loved it so thought I'd get some more. Very pleased with the box set. The workouts are tough but not unachievable and there are lower impact exercises to follow if it gets a bit much. Davina McCall - The Power Of 3/My Three 30 Minute Worko

After purchasing many dvd workouts to find the best one, I have finally hit upon a workout which is fun a reasonably easy to follow.

The workouts within this dvd are excellent for beginners and experienced alike, between davina, and the other two presenters, you feel at home (so to speak) and not pushed to keep up. It is definately made with real people in mind. The moves are very easy to follow none of this getting your feet in a knot as I have experienced with some dance exercise dvds.

I even found myself laughing at davina at points, she most certainly makes it fun and not like a chore, as most of us think when first begin our new routines.

All in all, a brilliant workout dvd and well worth the money.Read full review...
