Its....................................................

The second series introduces you to the Ministry of Silly Walks, the Spanish Inquisition, Blackmail, the Society for putting things on top of other things, Attila the Hun show, Recognising different parts of the body and the legendary Spam. Amongst many other fine sketches and a fanatical devotion to humour, nearly 6 hours of genius that is the Pythons.

Each disk and episode has a comprehensive chapter selection for each sketch making it easy to relive those moments, or indeed to watch the whole show. One thing you realise as you watch the series, is they will subtly refer to other sketches or shows. For me this second series contains more observations of real life, the brilliant New Cooker sketch and the utter classic that is Election Night.

Considering the material is over 35 years old, the quality and sound is very good, 4:3 aspect ratio of course, and mono.

I bet you didn't expect that!
