I have given this product 5 star in good faith. I cannot judge quality as I am not a laboratory.
I have accepted on faith that each tablet contains the daily requirement of multi vitamins as it is my habit to take such a tablet daily to ensure that whatever the deficiency in my diet that day...at least I put the right amount of vitamins in my body.
The price makes this product good value if it works.
As stated, quality is not something any customer can answer honestly

How can I tell?
