Great Range Extender for the Money

The only criticism I would make of this product is that the simple installation guide is over-simplified and some people may have difficulties. I had to resort to Ethernet connection with my laptop and I am not quite sure why the simple installation method was not successful, maybe I just wasn't patient enough. So to anyone who has a problem with that I would say do not despair, an Ethernet cable is supplied, and having plugged the cable into the AC750 and a computer then finishing setup is really easy. The interface to browser on computer is user-friendly and informative and you do need to use this to change the password if you take your security at all seriously. Despite a fairly weak 5.0 GHz signal at the position where installed it is still usable, and the AC750 then gives good coverage on both 2.4 and 5.0 bands with adequate performance for video and video calling. For my current installation I need to switch off the AC750 at times and this is really easy, just press the power button to turn off and then again for on when range extension is needed, and it comes alive again very quickly indeed. Weak signal. Not very good

Built well and really easy to setup. However, the coverage is extremely poor. I wanted to extend my wifi from one room to another, it barely reaches 15ft. I wouldn't recommend it.

Instructions were rubbish as it did not explain when it had paired to the router, so I had to ring them but they were brill and I had done it write.
