Medium weight felt
I’ve been putting ponds in for 30 years, always used underlayment. This wasn’t the thinnest and it wasn’t the thickest, it was medium weight felt. The thing I didn’t like was it was very difficult to cut with a utility knife, scissors were best to use..Read full review...
