Essential for smooth feeding reloads in semi auto firearms

If you reload for any semi auto firearms this is a must. This is especially true if you shoot range brass since some dies only neck size and may not size the body. Many comblock weapons have different chambers so this gauge makes sure you are to speck. If you are loading for semi autos I would also purchase a small base die for your caliber if you're consistently getting rejected brass. Lyman headspace gauge for 7.62x39

This gauge makes sure the case is within SAAMI specifications plus it checks the overall case length. if the case need trimming it will protrude slightly from the end if the gauge is held upside down and resting.on a flat surface.

If the case fits in the gauge it's guaranteed to load into you weapons chamber.
