Basically this is an excellent helicopter for both experienced and new heli flyers. Build wise it goes together easily with a high standard of machined parts, it's the instructions that let it down especially for a beginner, some of the instructions are vague and a beginner would need a bit of help I think, although all the parts are there and neatly bagged and numbered in my kit one of the bags was incorrectly numbered which caused a bit of head scratching.
Flying is both smooth and stable which is all down the the BeastX FBL unit included, easy to set up and a proven product, the downside is the Align ESC, this is OK for circuits and mild 3D but will over heat and cut power to the motor when pushed, this has happened to me twice and I've now swapped it for a CC Talon 90.
I've built and flown other makes and nothing comes close to the value for money that you get from Align, would have been 5 stars if not for the above flawsRead full review...
