I choosed the highest vitamin D3 10 000 IU strength because I am using Calcium Magnesium Zinc and D3 is responsible for regulating the amount of calcium and phosphate in my body, which in turn helps to keep my bones, muscles and teeth healthy. This nutrient also maintaining normal immune function, heart health and a balanced mood. And it's cheaper than Holland and Barrett!

Seal covering tablets arrived broken.
I would recommend the product however the seal arrived completely peeled off the product at the top. This was strange as I could not see how this would have been damaged during postage what with a top on also. I did not feel comfortable taking the tablets where a seal is broken so a waste of money unfortunately on this occasion. Read full review...
