Two sizes of Small?

After buying the Bento Ball for my pup, I had a terrible time getting the refills (long story having nothing to do with the product itself). I finally found these, and was tickled to have such a great price. When I received them, I had the hardest time getting it into the small ball. I think this one is just a bit larger, but not medium, than the original small I had purchased. I finally got it to fit, with tons of pushing and getting it a bit wet on the edges. My dog loves it as much as the first ones, so I guess it tastes the same. It will fit the small ball, it just takes a bit more muscle.Read full review
