Robust hdmi adapter
I have used hdmi cable adapters before. Priced around £4 to £8. Mainly the box type. Unfortunately when you push the cables into the connections in the box type adapter, the connection breaks inside after a couple of uses. Even when I was really careful it would break inside. Mostly works for me on a Dell 2in1 laptop
I got this to connect a Dell XPS 2in1 laptop, with only C USB ports, to an HDMI display. It works fine at HD resolution, but isn't seen as a second screen extension in Win 10, it just copies the first screen. This is probably an issue with the Dell.Read full review...

Not worth the extra money for the 'charging' cable
The quality of the picture is great. I was disappointed however to find that the battery drain was not improved with the usb charger connected, compared with simple HDMI alternative.
