I get to watch all the episodes as i didn't when it was on tv, very entertaining and makes a difference, a pie maker solving murders with a private investigator.

Pushing Daisies

Amazingly whimsical series that entails a pie maker that can "wake the dead"!?... Unfortunately cancelled way before it's time.Could have easily made a good 5+ more series! Alas! The pie maker and Co. await to be risen from the dead themselves! 😭

My sense of humour

This cleverly written show is a MUST see. Seems to have slipped past most people which is a real shame. Truly excellent! ! ! Deserves more attention and fame.

Visually stunning warm and ageless

A beautiful series...be warned it makes you fat!! you just crave pie and ice cream each episode :)

Wonderfully convuluted, murder, mystery; all with a difference, Ned, the protagonist, can bring things back to life, and he uses this skill to earn reward money from unsolved murders, he touches the dead bodies to ask who killed them. Teamed with the dry and sarcastic PI, his dead, alive again childhood sweetheart now girlfriend, and his tiny singing friend/unrequieted love filled/waitress, they solve crime and avoid anyone finding out about their immortal secret.

Pushing daisies is an hilarious and sensitive visual gem not to be missed, really sad they only made 2 seasons.

Family entertainment of the quirkiest kind....

Well at least they brought the story to a conclusion even if it was hurried but what can you do when you've been cancelled by the network. This series was always going to have a limited "shelf life" but all the actors look like they enjoyed the experience whilst it lasted and its particularly interesting to see some new faces who have gone on to be "celebrities" appearing for the first time.

I purchased the Second Season mainly because I had enjoyed watching the First Season again recently and couldn't remember if I had stuck with it when it was first broadcast on TV.The pace never lets up but some of the episodes do outstay their welcome and there is no way that a story of this nature would be commisioned today.

Pushing Daisies - Series 2

Series two continues the mad life of the pie-maker who can bring people back to life and his dead-brought-back-to-life-sweetheart, played by the gorgeous Anna Friel. Very funny and quick witted comedy that has me and my girlfriend in stitches!!Read full review...
