Such a useful little gadget!

Having used this model at work and loved it I bought my own!
This is the easiest handiest form of labeling you could imagine, just pop the roll in, tuck the paper in the slot and its all ready to use once you have installed the software using the disc provided. . Labels come in different sizes, I like the continuous tape type as you can make the label as long or as short at you like. Ideal for addressing envelopes, scrapbooking, homework, all sorts of things. Once installed on your computer you can import pictures at will from file or internet , you can add clip art from file, frames etc. I cant speak highly enough of this machine.
The only down side I have found and its a very small one is that if you command it to print 1 label you can cut it off very neatly with the built in blade.. If you tell it to do more, for example 10 it is better to let it print the 10 then hand cut with scissors . If you try and cut after each one it knocks it out of kilter and you end up with half labels. Did I mention the big plus with this machine? It is FAST!

Bargain!

Bought this on a whim as it was something I'd been looking into for the future - then saw this at half price.
So quick and easy to set up, and can't wait to put it through its paces properly. I've already saved some templates, and will be printing postage labels, but can't wait to try out the different size stickers for other uses too.
This is definitely going to get a lot of use!
Only time will tell on its durability, but for the price, I'm already impressed

Compact but effective Label Printer

A very effective label printer with good software and a wide selection of label sizes. Perfect for Postage Labels, small drawer labels, Tag labels, etc. Labels come on rolls which are easy to swop and come in Yellow for warning labels as well. Like any thermal printer, the labels will fade if exposed to strong sunlight for extended periods but fine for most applications. It is easy to change Font, letter size and layout with the included software. Labels can be printed with vertical or horizontal text too. Printer is very compact so can be sited on a desk or shelf. Connects to PC via USB cable.Read full review...

Dead easy to use and excellent results

There is an easy address book from which you can choose who to print for and the editing of the entries is very easy too.
The quality of the end result is excellent and it is printed using heat on special label paper so there is no ink or toner to ruin out.
Each individual label is easily extracted from the printer with a very efficient built-in guillotine action.

Bees knees

Love this machine. Had to get my son to set it up as it proved a bit difficult for me. But once set up it is great. Each label is printed instantly. So fast.
Just love it.

Very good label printer

Took me a while to get to grips with it,basic instructions could be a bit more comprehensive for those of us who are 50+ or not exactly computer literate, but that said now I have got it doing what it was bought for I am pleased with my purchase. It does the job well is'nt noisy takes up very little space and saves me a lot of time in comparison to my previous arrangement, label rolls are reasonably priced the print is clear and sharp you don't need to buy ink and the labels stick to anything I've attempted to stick them on,I would recommend this little thermal printer to anyone who has a need for this type of product, you will find all sorts of other uses once you have one.Read full review...

Very easy to set up and use

I am bewildered by some reviews complaining that this printer is hard to set up. It is a piece of cake! I now have 3 attached to my PC, each filled with different size labels and they all perform faultlessly. Extremely highly recommended - its a lot less bother with a Brother (or was that an ad for a lawnmower)?Read full review...
