Easy to fit replacement clutch kit
A quality clutch kit to replace existing dual mass set-up at a fraction of the cost of a new dual mass replacement kit. My clutch was rattling and the bite was occurring with the pedal just off the floor. So was pleased to find this single mass flywheel set up for my vw golf mk5 1.9tdi. It is the complete kit including bolts and it fitted easily with no problems, I now have a clutch with no rattles and a slick gear change. Good low cost option for an older car
16 year old golf plus 1.9tdi dual mass clutch disintegrated without much warning. Due to age and costs, a dual mass wod have been too expensive and not economic repair. Unfortunately the failed clutch smashed the bell housing of the gearbox. Anyway rexond box and this single mass clutch fitted. Nice heavy flywheel and very little excess noise (as many report) clutch feels much lighter and bite point is perfect. Reports state the new clutch will quieten down once worn in. 200 miles so far and definitely a feint whirring noise immediately after next gear selected. None of the idle vibrations some report. Perhaps they didn't centre the clutch plate correctly? I look forward to many more years before i upgrade to some eco vehicle in the future. Car is now like new. Here's to another 100k miles. Apparently its perfect for the 1.9tdi upto 105bhp if you have the 130bhp or higher power, get a dual mass flywheel. Read full review...

Quality Conversion Kit
The solid flywheel is a great replacement and I'm glad I didn't pay the extra hundreds for a dual mass. Essentially the exact same drive and this Comline kit has been in over a year now. Comline offer a 3 year/30k miles warranty
