Very thin sheet metal. The top door / mail-entry flap would not open fully due to the design. I had bend a small bit of metal for it to function properly. The address section was a plastic insert smaller than what you would find in a filing cabinet. Virtually no address would fit in it; redesigned that too. Poor Quality fitting

Unfortunately, 48 hrs after we had the box fitted in place, the postbox flap started to stick up, unable to close down completely. When we looked at the flap, its very poorly made and came off when we tried to close it securely. The post box is at our place of work and people need to be able to leave their post knowing that its safe, unfortunately in this poor quality it' s not. Read full review...

Metal fabrication was thin compared to my previous post box of similar design. The lid also kept dropping off its mountings during installation. The holes for the securing screws were plentiful and had rubber grommets which should help to keep moisture out.Read full review...

You get what you pay for

I was very disappointed when it arrived as the flap had come off and the lock had become detached and all of the screws were loose inside the box. However, reassembling wasn’t too difficult but the drop down door sticks slightly but may improve when it’s fixed in its position.
It was some way cheaper than the nearest rival so I still regard it as good value for money.Read full review...

This item felt very cheap and the letter flap was so flimsy,it didn’t fit properly at all,and when we eventually got it into place it falls off every time it gets used.Do not waste your money!!
