Why did I not read this before?

The contents of the book are extremely well explained and demonstrated using simple activities. Well written too with useful illustrations. The book needs to be read and reread and the concepts incorporated into one's life. I am busy on the second read and have learnt a lot. I have gained some improvements already and am hoping for many more.Read full review...
