Buy a book before buying a coin

The saying taken as a review title is absolutely true. If you are serious about British gold sovereigns it is a must for you to own one. The book is astonishing in its content as well as in decoration and style.

Michael A. Marsh devoted his life to this scientific research. Though it does not sound like a boring tractate when you read it. It is a piece of British history and it is fascinating.

My recommendation is just two thumbs up. If you are just starting your collection or have a number of British gold sovereigns or simply interested in the history of the United Kingdom, enjoy the book!
