excellent accurate scale at a bargain basement price

I bought this little scale as I needed accurate measurement of my hydroponic nutrients. I'm really very impressed with it as I didn't expect much for the very low price. It's pretty well made and even has a snap shut case to keep it protected. The buttons have a positive click to them and the tare function, which I use all the time works well. The LED display is easy to read and the auto off function is really handy as you don't need to remember to turn it off all the time. I have not used a check weight to see if it 100% accurate but based on how well my plants are doing I think I have the mix just about right. If you need an accurate scale for smaller items (it only goes up to 200 grams), this is the one for you.Read full review...

Suspect quality

Whilst appreciating this vernier gauge is cheap when compared with well known brands, it should at least meet the specifications supplied with it!! The repeatability back to zero after full anvil movements was not achieved. The anvil free play to the slider was excessive causing the issue, but is adjustable.Read full review...

Great compact weighing machine

Great, compact and precise little balance. I wanted something that could weigh to better precision than kitchen scales and this is it. It has loads of uses at home and when on holiday (well it does for me anyway.) And cheap into the bargain.

The one I bought is one of a series and I went for one with a big range over greater precision.

Better than expected and very good value

Can be a bit slow to start but generally seems to work well and it folds so I can stick it in the kitchen drawer easily. Went cheap to see if I needed it and it seems easy to use and better than I expected. A bargain priced weighing machine.

I have always wanted some scales to weigh small amounts like post, dried herbs, jewellery etc but until this product was offered, the cost was a bit high to pay for something rarely used.
