Perfect replacement at a great price.
This fan worked great in my T420s. My fan had seized - not turning at all, producing "Fan Error" message on boot. Search for the YouTube video and watch it a couple of times before taking yours apart, and expect to spend at least an hour on the job. Also know that there are two screws holding the keyboard in place - not just one. Look for the tiny silkscreen keyboard icon to identify the screws.Read full review...
