My car has wider wheels and would run the arches. This stiffen the suspension reducing movement. I can even sit passengers in the rear of the car which wasn’t possible before

Just the Job. This is the second order of Streetwize Car Suspension Coil Spring Rubber Towing Spacers Assisters - 26-38mm I have ordered from the supplier. As I have sold my previous X-Type for a newer one. So I have now got the second set fitted on to my new X-Type. Certainly makes a big difference when towing a caravan. I.H.R to purchase them. As they help stop your car from sagging when your caravan is hitched to it. Spring assist on Mk5 golf Tdi
Took 15 minutes to Jack up and locate these on the rear. Wanted to see if they would keep rear up for more positive steering while towing caravan. They reduced bounce and gave mid bend over steer o felt more positive. Raise the rear and stopped the crashing on big potholes. Definitely made the 3 hour journey more comfortable just need to reduce steering input on big bends a little. When not towing you dont notice they are there if you buy the right size. Did the job! these little beauties just the job ive not used them for towing but to stiffen the suspension all round; had tried to stiffen by lowering with spring clamps but this led to bottoming out over lumps/holes ; this gives stiffer suspension with out having to really change the geamotry of the car e30 bmw)( they give much better turn in to bends fairly straight forwards to fit if tight use a couple of wood wedges to open spring a little extraRead full review...
