Squeeze in the exercise

This is a great workout DVD because the segments are only 10 minutes long and are easy to follow. I had never used the Kettlebell before and wanted to start slow and this was perfect for a first time user. I did a segment a day and after I made it through all of them once I started combining them together when time allowed. I highly recommend this DVDRead full review...

I love it!

This is a great dvd because you can pick how many 10 minutes sessions you want to do and what order you do them in. A kettlebell or dumbbell can be used for this video. You can make this as basic as a 10 minute workout or combine them all for a more intense workout. I had some basic kettlebell training awhile back and this video is just what I was looking for to do in the privacy of my own home.Read full review...

Easy to Follow Kettlebell DVD

Easy to follow routine, led by a pleasant instructor. Beginner to mid-intermediate pace. Not a huge cardio impact, but appropriate for someone easing into kettlebell exercise. A dumb bell is used by the instructor for all of the segments. Whereas some kettlebell routines are aerobic, this one is more light muscle toning. Enjoyable.Read full review...

NOT a Kettle Bell Workout! Could Lead to Injuries!

This is NOT a kettle bell workout! The instructor uses a dumb bell the entire time. Trying to use a kettle bell the way she uses the dumb bell will lead to injury if you're not already familiar with correct form so you can modify the moves, but since this is more of a beginner workout chances are you won't be familiar with proper techniques yet. I gave it two stars instead of one because, it's not a bad workout for a beginners strength training, but it is the worst kettle bell workout I've ever seen.Read full review...

You feel the burn, but it's so short you won't see real results.

The exercises are great being only 10 minutes long. I feel an intense burn about halfway through the workout and into the next day. However, I am not really seeing results, because the workout is so short. About 2 minutes are spent warming up and 2 cooling down and there are several marching breaks throughout. All in all, if you're looking for a workout that will without any other programs added give you weightloss/muscle gain, try for something either more intense or a longer program. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone outside the casual work-outer who doesn't expect any results.Read full review...

Overall good product

Didn't think that since workouts were short that would not feel anything, but they are challenging, especially for beginners using kettlebells, but they are good. Workouts are short, and I liked that I could mixed them up. They really do work up a sweat.Read full review...

10 minute solution-Kettle Bell Fat Burner

I am an intermediate.... Walker, treadmill, mountain climbing excerciser...What I liked was that there were not unusual moves to do...No bouncing or contortion...Body moves smoothly to the excercise... I started with a 5 pound dumbell...Its great that you do not need to get the kettlebell to do the same moves..My thighs are feeling it today..I recommendRead full review...

Very Good

Beginner exercises - broken into 10 minute segments. You can do the entire video (approximately 50 minutes) or do the 10 minute sessions which breaks down specific areas or just calorie/fat burn. Easy to do - easy setup.Read full review...

Excellent video if you want to get in shape.

This is the best exercise video I've ever purchased. In absolutely LOVE IT!!! The instructor is amazing and I love the fact she uses a dumbbell instead of a kettle bell; everyone has a dumbbell but everyone can't afford to purchase a kettle bell.Read full review...
