Multi resistance bands

Once you get used to the different strengths of each band you can tailor them to the various exercises you can do. Some combinations only have limited use but you soon get used to which ones work best. The handles are comfortable and the ankle straps can double up as extra handles so you can set up two different strengths of bands. Unsafe and dangerous

After just 3 minutes use the metal clip linking the band's caribiner to the handle had bent and stretched out of shape. The item received is definitely not the same item that is pictured. Could cause injuries. I had to buy a set of heavy duty caribiners to make these resistance bands usable. Read full review...
