Wtach Repair Tool Kit

Useful assembly of tools and spare parts to repair just about every type of watch for a very reasonable cost. The tools to push in watch pins are a little flimsy and require care, but in general the quality of parts is good. A search on the internet for "Watch tools and how to use them" reveals a useful document explaining how each item in the kit is used.
In general good value for money and recommended.

Not up to task cheaply made metal tools.

Tool for removing press on backs bent and was not up to task cheap metal. Tool for removing screw on backs came with only three sizes of fitment and did not work. Overall very disappointing, I was unable to remove any backs from my watches with these cheaply made tools.Read full review...

Toolset for watch owners can save battery-change charges and more

A reasonably comprehensive toolset, more than most owners will need to change a battery but it does cover various types of watch. Professionals may scoff but it's good for owners. Nice case vise, tools to remove strap and back, tiny screwdrivers, etc etc.Read full review...

Good value and a great way to save money on batteries.

It is good value for money and certainly pays for itself after fitting the second battery. Using the clamp makes things easy. The 3 pin wrench is well made but will not fit watches with a large diameter of 46mm upwards. They do make one that fits though. Read full review...

Success with this Kit

I have successfully removed pressed- on watch backs with the larger handled tool . Only two bits were needed to remove several screw type watch backs with the mini wrench . Today I used one of the pin punches and a small hammer to remove two links from the strap of a new Chinese CURRAN Watch . I found the transparent link removal tool difficult to align the hand- screw driven pin punch with the watch bracelet pin , so used the hammer and pin punch instead .
A very good effective kit for the money .

After removing the pressed -on watch back of my gold Seiko , I have been unable to press the back on again , a common fault apparently . I have now purchased a press anvil device from Ebay to do this hopefully . It looks scarily large enough to do some heavy pressing , will have to be careful with this !

Fast shipment, arrived quickly. The adjustable tool wouldnt fit my watch so had to extend the slots several millimetres with a file, which also came in handy for removing the burrs left from manufacture so beware of the sharp edges if you take it apart! Also felt the 3 legs were to wobbly, so filed the 4 plastic spaces down aswell. Now feels much better and works well. A handy little tool setRead full review...

A good basic set

This set seems to have a good variety of tools for most basic jobs. I haven't used the tools yet so I can't speak for the quality. For the money, this set will pay for itself after three or four uses. Suggested improvements; a simple instructional picture guide and some of those fragile seals that sit in watch backs.Read full review...

Does exactly what I needed it to do!

While there is always a risk that any "repair kit" may not be fit for purpose, this one has done just what I needed it to do and replaced the batteries in two watches. For this reason it has already saved me the cost of taking my watches to a jewellers to have the same job done! It also comes with replacement links, which I have had to use, and I consider a bonus!Read full review...

Very handy set

Handy toolkit if you change your own watch batteries (which I do). Quite a comprehensive kit but the adjustable back wrench doesn't open very far and I have large diameter watches. My set had interchangeable pins for the wrench and I just managed to use it with the smallest pins. The screwdrivers are handy too as is having everything together. Be careful how much you pay as prices vary quite a bit for the same or similar thing.Read full review...

Watch repair kit

I bought this kit because we had about 10 watches in our house which needed a new battery and had been shoved in a drawer , some of them were a screw back and I couldn't remove the back using my normal tools, so, finally conceding defeat I decided to purchase this kit and I have to say its been brilliant, the quality is ok and ive used all the tools on various different watches and it definitely make life easier than trying to make do with other tools which don't quite fit etc as I used to do previously. Its more than paid for itself and is well worth investing in.Read full review...

Diy kit

I bought this kit as I was continually having to take a watch to the jewellers to get a new battery or links replaced, this kit has paid for itself already as i have replaced 4 batteries and removed a couple of links. It is easy to use and I would recommend this to family and friendsRead full review...
