GOOD THAT I COULD OBTAIN ONLY THE FAULTY PART OF THE ZONE VALVE
The zone valve part of the actuator had ceased up, open, normally you must change the entire unit. Being able to obtain and replace only the brass valve section saved me about 50% of a total cost.
Changed the valve with the additional use of a pipe freeze pack.
All now working perfectly, completed in about an hour.
