The Ultimate Decision on a Card’s desirability is You.

The lowest collectible PSA grade for investors, in my opinion, is PSA 5 or Excellent. The 1965 Topps Billy Williams card is a good example. A lightly handled card is a good way to go if the higher grades are too expensive for your collecting budget. In any grade, always inspect the card as if YOU were assigning a grade. Not all PSA grades of 5, to continue this example, are equal. Some cards may be better ( worth a higher grade) or more attractive because they centered.Read full review
