Grab you nut files
If you don't know, it's lightly notched with the strings pretty much on center and your not going to alter that a great deal. You will need nut files to fit your strings. I would have rather seen it set up for lite strings, then you could size up a little easier. Mine was slightly under 1 3/4" about 3/64 ths under, not a deal breaker. However I wish it was slightly wider and slightly taller (not much room at all for height adjustment). This would allow for some adjustments that are easier than using nut files. It's a true Lefty higher on the wound strings. I bought this as a quick fix for my wife's guitar. She's a lefty. Not much available for a lefty 1 3/4" nut. Bottom line it will do for now. If I new I had to file the nut slots and raise the action I would have made one from scratch. It might be perfect for some. It's "Left me Disappointed" Read full review...
