2 Tonne Hydraulic Trolley Floor Jack Car Jack

Good value, cheap Chinese trolly jack. For the cost can't complain, it will do the job fine & then some more (likely less than labour costs at a garage for something simple). If you are always under the car(s) working, then maybe something bigger & slightly more pricey. Small so will fit in car boot fine, a plus. But my axle stands were quite tall on lower rung & as a small jack the lifting arm is also smaller & struggled to get it as high as the stands without a piece of wood between car & jack. I recommend this anyway as there is no rubber block included as with other Jack's to help with contact damage anyway. It can be maintained & topped up with fluid, although a good bottle of fluid probably costs as much as the jack! Hence why I bought this over filling my older jack. Honest review..for the money works fine, quality not the absolute best obviously, but for what you pay very good & good value.Read full review...

A PERFECT PRODUCT for lifting my boy's toy Car

A PERFECT PRODUCT for lifting my boy's toy Car
The Box it arrives in gives you an idea straight away that this is not going to be a great buy, who makes a Box that does not fit the Product, well that's exactly what they did here, with the wheal of the Jack sticking out of the cheap plastic box and a lid that would not close properly.
When placing the Jack under the car you immediatly understand that the Jack Handle used to pump the Car up into the Air, is half the length it needs to be.
Let me paint you a picture here, you are lying on your belly outstretched with a Jack you position under your car, now having located the Jack you find that after taking up the slack on the Hydrolics of the Jack, it now becomes almost impossible to Jack up the Car, it says that it is rated for 2 Tons and yet my WifesTiny Tin can of a Hyundai weighs half of that if not less and it struggled and I mean struggled to jack up one wheal side, why? because it has a Handle the length of a Pen.
U Get what you pay for and another learning curve

Cheap and cheerful

For the price I can't really fault it.

Easy to extend with a few strokes. With careful operation smooth and controlled lowering can be achieved.

Rubber plug for reservoir was a bit of a pain to get back in but just popped it in the freezer for a bit.

Lift height isn't very big so have been using blocks of wood to get more height, not ideal but knew the limitations before order.

Not really for a van or minibus.

I bought it to jack up a VW T4 Transporter. Honestly, it's only good for a small car or for positioning an engine / gearbox but for a van, with the natural suspension drop, is almost at full lift extension before the tyre leaves the ground. I had to supplement with a short length of 4x2 (100x50mm). It is quite hard work pumping the last 2 inches, had to stand on the lever, leaving me doubting the 2 ton claim and wary of a burst seal. It works but only just. Carry wooden blocks and load spreading planks and definitely a block or an axle stand. Useless on soft ground I imagine. I was taking the wheels off one by one and stripping / painting. In july the axle stand was digging well into the roadside tarmac overnight. PS. Van not fully loaded. With hindsight I should have spent more but I thought it would be better than the issue screwjack.Read full review...

Light weight, easily used and reliable.

Light weight and easily used. This is a hobby jack for use by a DIY user. Using for the first time, step back for a few moments to ensure it does not slowly drop. If it does, bleed the system as detailed in the enclosed instructions.
When lowering, open the valve slowly and gently as the jack will drop instantly if the valve is opened quickly.
I have now used it a couple of time and having bled the system and mastered the loweing technique the jack has proved itself to be an easily used and reliable addition to my DIY tools.

Hydraulic car jack

Made light work of swapping all four wheels off my sons car and switching them to mine. The release valve needs to opened REAL SLOW when lowering the car. Quite scary when my son lowered it the first time. The handle (for operating hydraulic) is a bit flimsy. You can only get a short leverage, about 6 inches up, down, up, down. I’d still recommend it tho for the price, it’s good value and does the job, much quicker than a scissor jackRead full review...

Very Good but not Great!!!

The price paid for the item and the ability to do the job is great; the only down side is when you release the pressure, it drops really quickly; just make sure everything around the vehicle is clear when you release the pressure.Read full review...

Waste of money

Jack collapsed trying to lift 1 side of a car due to the hydraulic fluid blowing past the O-ring. Had to refill with oil and fit an oil ring I had lying around. Works "ok" now but definitely would not recommend even at this low price. Handle started to bend and the jack is a fairly useless height at full extension. Can barely get an axle stand under. Not worth the hassle. Better off spending the money taking the kids to soft play and watching a filmRead full review...

Does the job

Does the job its designed for, easy to use. Don't know about its durability, only time and use will tell. Only other thing I would recommend is to purchase a Rubber Jacking Pad Adapter as well -- in order to avoid metal to metal contact. Read full review...
