The review is for the item only not for the seller. I used the product as instructed after the carpet was dry i hoovered the carpet all good. The following day when I wanted to use my hoover it wouldn't work the switch won't turn on so I googled i found out this happened to alot of people with vanish there dyson hoover was damaged aswell so because of vanish carpet cleaner my dyson hoover damaged now i have to purchase a new hoover im really very disappointed the hoover cost me over £300 Read full review
