Terra Nova broad-spectrum digestive enzymes are excellent. They have sorted out my digestion. The jar recommends more than one a day, but I only need to take one (or less - open the capsule and sprinkle a little of the contents on a corner of your meal, though it does taste bitter) every few days or every week.
