Great addition to my spice cabinet!
I was hesitant to buy this, mainly because of it's price. But then after a little research into it, I learned that the sodium content in this salt is lower than regular table salt AND contains minerals. I used it once to make smoked turkey legs and really liked the flavor it gave and so I've been using it in any cooking recipes that call for salt. It adds a nice flavor to any dish, guessing that would be due to the minerals in it.Read full review

the salt is moist (wet with nutrients) and finely ground. the color is as dark as in the photo. you're getting lots of minerals from only light processing. whereas, you go to WF and the same kind of salt is dry and slightly lighter color. good stuff!Read full review
