Purchased the battery to run my amateur radios when operating portable. I have used it four times and it's a massive weight saving over a lead acid. It also holds its voltage for longer giving you a longer run time over a lead acid.
My only grumble is the lack of some indicator on the charger to let you know it's fully charged.

A Battery for the 21st centuring
I purchased this battery LIFE PO4 to replace the dryfit 12volt 7ampere battery used in a Flymo CT250 lawn trimmer.The battery was a perfect fir being identical size to the old one. Coming complete with its special charger completed the modification.The performance of this new battery is fantastic and the weight reduction from 2.65 kg to its weight of 0.7kg transforms my Flymow.
The battery has been used now for several weeks and is fully charged by its charger in about three hours and its ability to maintain its maximum voltage until its very near to it going flat means the appliance performance maintained fo a longer period.

Upgrade bait boat batteries
Although costing substantially more than the traditional battery’s these are worth every penny.
They’re so much lighter and longer lasting.
They come with their own chargers and can be charged at any time rather than having to wait for lead acid batteries to go completely flat.

The chargers used to have an LED to indicate when the battery was charged but the chargers supplied with this order have no LED (or anything else) to show when the battery is charged. Not helpful to the layman who doesn't have access to a voltmeter to see if the battery is charged or not.Read full review
