Unable to remove skin tags with this device.
Packaging shows no product information and Instruction leaflet is useless and makes no sense, I would not recommend this item for the purpose it has been marketed.

Had to use it twice now on a very large skin tag I had, it is starting to reduce though now, I feel after another couple of treatments it should be gone. Clean the area first, then put antibiotic cream on afterwards. Instructions with machine are rubbish. Read full review

Instructions are unfortunately about as clear as mud and do not demonstrate how to use it. HOWEVER through trial and error I have now removed 2 horrible skin tags successfully with barely a mark, and that was only using the large thick pointed needle.
