Being honest I haven't watched either of these films properly yet. But both have lots of extras including directors commentary & any movie with directors commentary or any other commentary to give you further insight into the behind the scenes & making of a film is a thumbs up from me. Also I am aware that the first film at least has a cult following. I have seen bits of the first film before but not enough to give an opinion. I BOUGHT THIS BOX SET HAS I WATCHED 28 WEEKS LATER ON TV A THEW NIGHTS AGO AND IT IS NOW ONE OF MY BEST HORROR FILMS[ IT IS JUST LIKE THE BBC SERIES SURVIVORS BUT WITH A HORROR TWIST SO IF YOU LIKE THE TV SERIES SURVIVORS & HORROR MOVIES THIS IS FOR YOU] I HAD TO SEE 28 DAYS LATER, AND I AFTER SAY THERE BOTH JUST AS GOOD, THEY FOLLOW ON FROM ONE ANOTHER PERFECTLLY APART FROM NO ORIGINAL CAST. I NOW CANNOT WAIT FOR THE THRID MOVIE [I JUST HOPE THEY DONT GO OVER THE TOP AND RELEASE MOVIE AFTER MOVIE LIKE THE HORROR MOVIE'S AS I LIKED THE FIRST FEW OF THEM TILL THEY STARTED LOOSING THE PLOT & NOW I HAVE GONE OF THE SERIES ALTOGETHER].
