Great USB Card Reader
This USB Reader does everything I need and more. My new desktop doesn't have a USB slot of any kind so I bought two of these readers so I could copy or move data from one SD or micro SD to another using USB3 ports. The move data extremely fast with no driver or setup required, just plug them in, the readers light-up, and data can be drag & dropped easily...problem solved. I can not live without them.

Description says 2.0 & 3.0, but device says USB2.0 Not working on newer laptop
I just noticed that the description says it will work with USB 3.0, but written right on the device it says "ALL IN ONE USB2.0".
Worked OK on my older HP Pavilion laptop with Win 10 (and that laptop is a cheap Chinese knockoff). Doesn't work on my new HP Pavilion x360 laptop with Win 11. I provided two pictures for this review. The first shows the card reader properly inserted into a USB port. The 16GB SD card you see inserted into the card reader works just fine in my camera and older laptop. My new laptop cannot read it from the card reader. Unfortunately, the new HP Pavilion x360 does not have a standard (full size) SD card slot, otherwise I would use it. My Pavilion x360 does have a micro SD slot, and so does the card reader. My micro SD works in the built-in micro card reader, but doesn't work in the All In One external card reader. Operating System Hardware
Good value, been using this as a medium for another computer operating system that I boot up with the usb drive from a micro sd card. It is 3.0 but I use it in a 2.0 port and should I update maybe it will be even faster. It is faster than the hardisk on my computer. Not 3.0 Speed, but Performs Well for the Price
I bought two of these card readers to format and transfer files between my PC and Arduino projects. They are not USB 3.0, but instead show up as a USB 2.0 device instead (Model SY-T18).
Despite this, they still can achieve read speeds of 46MB/s, and write speeds of around 11-16MB/s.
Overall, I'm fairly satisfied with the usability of them, but wouldn't recommend them for transferring large videos.Read full review

Best for the cost

Effecient. Not great, but, not bad.
Depends on SD Card brand you use. Some cards read slow and write fast, others read fast and write slow. My slowest read at 1.6 MB/s, and slowest write was at 6 MB/s. If it was fast all the time, I'd give it five star. Very cheap price, just hope it lasts and doesn't die fast...Read full review

Small but fast. Plug and play on windows 10
With my Windows 10 machine (Acer Aspire E 15) this device was plug and play. Data transfer was quite fast utilizing the USB 3 connection. It was really nice to be able to plug the Micro SD directly into the reader instead of having to use an adapter to convert the micro SD to SD.
