Good but takes more product than usual brand and contains less for the money. It smells a bit also. The usual one I use has no scent

I was worried trying new product. It works well but smell is not so good. It doesn’t contain as much as product currently used. If it did it would be good for the money.

Used some on my knee which seemed to provide some relief however I made the mistake of getting in a hot bath several hours later and this caused my knee to become very painful and I had to get out almost straightaway. Not Impressed

I do not feel this helped me, it may be OK for minor pain muscle ache but not for serious pain due to Arthritis.
Used it a couple of times on different parts of the body and did not feel any pain relief, yes it heats up the area applied to which would relief minor pain.
Used it on a friend who was just suffering from minor neck pain, strain they said it gave a little relief for a short time.Read full review

I have bought this product several times now. It is a great painkiller for knee pain, without a doubt. I have seen some of the reviews about getting into a hot bath..that is true. Itchy skin etc.

If you put on too much of it on your skin it will irritate the skin. With all products you should apply it sparingly otherwise there are consequences.

A Miracle. I found this product on EBay.

This Gel is really good. I got it first on a recommendation from a Nurse. I suffer chronic back pain and arthritis in both knees and hips. I find that using the Gel 3/ 4 times a day really helps in reducing the pain. It is strong in the smell and I always use a plastic glove when applying the Gel.
