I just wanted an easy way to workout at home. These are great easy to use and a good selection of weights for women to use. Takes a few minutes to change to the barbell from the dumbbells but for the price i would say its not too much of a pain. Im glad i decided on these ones out of all the different ones to choose from. They are comfortable to lift. No sore hands or wrists. They come with wrist supports and hand supports which i didn’t expect. Probably just me not reading the description properly but was under the impression that it was 30kg per dumbbell when they only go up to 15 kg each. Other than that they're great.
