Yes, this is the same remote you get from ATT for your U-Verse TV. After several years, my old remote had a sticky button or two. I willingly bought one here instead of getting a "free" replacement from ATT. It was worth spending a few dollars to get the replacement in a few days and then be done. I had gotten replacements from ATT in the past and they always had an annoyance factor especially to return the bad unit. The price is amazingly low!Read full review

Don't waste your money buying these from AT&T.
AT&T website wants $60 each for these. The two I received were very lightly used, (looked better than my old ones). I put batteries in and followed instructions to program ( listed on sticker on back of battery cover). I am tempted to buy another pair just in case. I don't see how he gets and sells them so low.
